General Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened products sold and fulfilled by Casa Brava & Co within 15 days of shipping date for a full refund. Contact us at hello@casabrava.co if you need further assistance with these steps.

Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept returns on one-of-a-kind products or used or opened items. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. We will not return items or products that have been used or damaged by any outside parties of Casa Brava & Co. 

Returns Policy Overview

You should expect to receive your refund within a few days to a week of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Exchanges

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at via email to request a replacement. We do not exchange samples or limited edition products.
